Enterprise. Two years ago we booked with them over the internet. We arrived at FCA just after 1:00 pm on a Saturday and called them right away. It turns out they were just about to close. If our plane would have been late, we would have been stuck at the airport without a car. We were supposed to have unlimited mileage but they said they would not honor that portion of the reservation. After we got back home I received a call from Enterprise asking how I liked the car and service. Boy, did I give that women an ear full. She said someone else would contact me for further information but no one ever did. Oh yeah, the car was filthy.
