have year around accomidtions, the only way to reach them is via the park, you will have to enter the park at Gardiner and then through the Lamar valley to both of those cities, the Bear Tooth pass normally does not open until mid June, they are great little towns with very littl crowding, services are very limited in either one of them, but if you want a nice rustic area to stay in, then they are great.
