to Ptarmigan Tunnel! It all depends on how much you can carry and for how long, and also on what your child is like. Our first was the most easygoing baby in the world and would have handled anything, even backpacking. our second was the opposite. I agree that diapers, etc. could be a concern in the backcountry overnight but we never really looked into it. We also took her to Hidden Lake, I think Iceberg, the base of Swiftcurrent Pass and up a little ways. So again, it just depends on how much you're willing to carry and your child's temperament.
